For 2024 Summer Camp Sessions our cancellation REFUND policy is as follows:
Cancel on or prior to 6/3: Refund or credit issued less 10% cancellation fee
Cancel by 6/10: Refund issued less 50% cancellation fee, or credit less 10% fee
Cancel after 6/10: Camp fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. Funds held on credit less 10% admin fee only if we can find a replacement for your spot
We ask that families who decide to cancel their registrations for camp consider holding their fees as a credit if at all possible. Tree Frog Treks depends on the income from camp to operate all year and provide our staff a living wage, and operate our amphibian and reptile rescue center. Credits do not expire and can be used toward any program in the future for any member of your family.
It is always free to switch your Block to another Block that works better for your schedule (as long as there is space in the Block you'd like to switch to). Please email our office at Info@Treefrogtreks.com to make a switch to your week, but last minute switches are highly discouraged.
For our Endless Summer Sessions our cancellation REFUND policy is as follows:
Cancel on or prior to 8/12: Refund or credit issued less 10% cancellation fee
Cancel by 8/16: Refund issued less 50% cancellation fee, or credit less 10% fee
Cancel after 8/16: Camp fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. Funds held on credit less 10% only if we can fill your spot
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tree Frog Treks Birthday Parties
Cancel 1 week or 7 days prior to your session: Birthday fees refunded less 10% Admin fee.
Cancel after 7 days prior to your session: Birthday fees refunded less 15% Admin fee.
*Birthdays can be rescheduled given staff availability. In the event of inclement weather, if an indoor space is available, we are able to move indoors (although outdoors is preferred). In the event that and indoor space is not available, we are able to reschedule with no additional fee.
